Do you charge for delivery?
No, we don’t charge for delivery beyond Rs.700/- value.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
At this time, we do not offer this option. We deliver only to the address that is selected at the time of placing the order.
Why don't you have the delivery status and time? It’s your duty to tell us.
Once your order is confirmed and the day is set according to your area, our delivery guy or call center team will call and inform you of the estimated time for delivery.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is INR 200.
How do I delete my account?
You will need to contact our customer support through email or helpline number to delete your account.
Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?
No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a packaging fee for carton packaging.
How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?
You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification or a call from our support team informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refunds (if any) will also be initiated within 24 hours.
How can I review my receipt?
We handover the receipt from the merchant to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders once placed on our website cannot be canceled. Products once sold are final and no refund will be issued.
